All products are built on the Openet Framework, which provides a common foundation for integrating shared services across Openet products, as well as a powerful and flexible means with which to easily integrate with existing network elements.

The  Framework removes functional silo's and enables the easy definition of new services with rules that simultaneously leverage policy functionality, charging functionality, and profile functionality.

The Framework also enables re-use of common functionality such as database management, configuration, statistics reporting and security/user management across multiple platform modules and implementations. This functinal integration enables service providers to satisfy their specialized requirements across diverse networks while minimizing their system management overhead.
